Adventure! Emerald Pools.
Meet at the Truckee HS at 9:00am.
We will drive to Emerald Pools and go for a Frosty Dip. Make sure to Bring a WETSUIT- don't even try to be tough without one. Contact Jeff if you need to borrow one. Bring Lunch and H20 and Snacks and Sunscreen and closed toe water shoes or old tennies- NO sandals. Workout will be done at 12 noon and back to HS at apprx 1pm. We plan to be back for Strength so plan to be there.

Meet at the Truckee HS Track at 3:30pm (New Time). We will warmup and get right into the strength. Bring H2o and snacks. Workout will be over at 5pm.

Ski Walking w Poles. Intervals.
Meet at Truckee HS at 9:00am or at Squaw Valley parking lot at 9:15am. We will warmup and then do 3x7min Lvl 3 Intervals with 4min rest. Workout will be over at 11:15am and back to Truckee at 11:30am.

Classic Rollerski and Run Combi.
Meet at Truckee HS at 9:00am or at West End Beach at 9:15am. We will warmup and ski up Donner Summit to Royal Gorge with dbl pole only sections. Once at RG we will change shoes and then run out to Long Lake for a rope swing and water phun. Bring Running Shoes, Snacks, Plenty of H20. Workout will be over at noon and back to HS at 12:30pm.
*Sunday, 1 August
Hike. Overdistance.
Meet at Truckee HS at 8:00am Sharp for carpool to Hwy 50. We will hike up to Pyramid Peak in Desolation Wilderness. You MUST bring a LUNCH and Jacket and at least 2 litres of h20 and a way to carry it all. Sunscreen and Bugscreen too. Expect to be gone most of the day; back to HS apprx 4pm.

Truckee Devo will be training: Mon & Weds,afternoons (until school is out, then in the mornings) and every Saturday morning.
Plus Strength Tuesday and Thursday afternoons (3-5pm) once school is out.
Truckee Devo will be training Mon & Weds: 9am- 11 & Sat 9-noon. (weekday meeting time is 3:15 till school is out)
Tahoe City Devo will be training Mon & Weds 3pm-5pm and Sat 9-noon starting Saturday, 12 June.
