Summer Plans?
The ASC snowboarders are putting together two summer trips for the summer of ‘09. We will be doing a trip to Argentina in conjunction with SASS (South American Snow Sessions) from the middle of July to the beginning of August; this trip is open to all club members. It will be a camp that will involve free-riding, park and pipe. There will be no race training this year but look for it in the future. So if any of you skiers or general members are interested please get in touch with me and I will get you in the loop on the trip planning.
We will also be heading to New Zealand for the Burton NZ Open.This trip will be the second week of August with the Open being from the 11th -15th. This trip is still up in the air due to everyone’s school schedules but if anyone is interested please let me know as that may make or break this trip. This trip will also be mostly a free-riding and freestyle camp.

The ASC gear you ordered earlier in the season is still on its way! Unfortunately all our clothing was back-ordered so it's taken longer than expected, but we will let you know as soon as it arrives. Thank you for your patience!
Auburn Ski Club would like to extend our sincere appreciation to all those who donated their time to volunteering at the US Snowboarding Grand Prix and Revolution Tour. Both events were huge successes and brought national attention to ASC and Boreal. Thank you so much to all the parents, friends, members, and athletes who made these events possible.
